Frequently Asked Questions

Just as a precaution, should you have some questions but can not get hold of us quick enough to supply you with an answer, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and extra details together below. We trust that you will find what you are looking for here, however should you still need assistance, please try to contact us via our contact form.

Question: Can anyone request a Price List?
Answer: Most certainly! Contact us or send us a contact request and we will contact you. Once we have had a chat with you and established your needs, we can forward you the correct information.

Question: Do you accept debit or credit cards?
Answer: We have a Yoco Swipe Machine, so you can now easily pay for your order upon collection with both local and internationally accepted Visa and MasterCard cards.

Question: Do you offer any credit or payment options?
Answer: We do offer the facility to open up an account with New Dimension Auto Parts, however, before an account will be approved, a credit record check will be done. Based on the outcome, a credit limit will be decided by the Director.

Question: Is it possible to cancel my order after it’s already been submitted?
Answer: It is very tricky canceling an order, especially if it has been booked out and is en route to you. Cancellations will only be accepted within 30 minutes of placing and confirming the official order with our sales team, whether it was made via Phone Call, Fax or Email.

Question: How do I track the status of my order?
Answer: We try our absolute best to process orders as quickly as possible, however, we are human and can get caught up with a few other tasks, and as a result, a lapse in communication could occur. Recent power failures and load-shedding in Alrode have crippled many companies and have caused large delays. If you require an urgent update, please call Raeesa on her cell and she will give you an answer over the phone.

Question: Can I track the shipment of my order?
Answer: If your order is being sent via a courier or transport company, then you would have received a waybill number from us along with contact details, enabling you to call and check on your order’s location.

Question: Can I pop in to inspect your warehouse or drop in for a visit?
Answer: We take pride in keeping our warehouse in order and in maintaining an acceptable stock level. You are more than welcome to come and pay us a visit to see how the stock is kept and handled. Visits are welcomed, but do try and call ahead of time just to make sure the relevant people are at the office to entertain you.
